གཡོ་བའི་སེམས་ནི་ཐོས་མཚུངས་བུ་ལྟ་བུར།། གཏེར་བཞིན་སྲོག་དང་འདྲ་བར་བསྲུང་བགྱི་སྟེ།།
搖躁之心呢，如同聞法、孩子、寶藏、性命般戍守之。
གདུག་པ་དུག་དང་མཚོན་དང་དགྲ་བོ་དང་།། མེ་བཞིན་འདོད་པའི་བདེ་ལ་ཡིད་འབྱུང་མཛོད།།
如猛獸、毒、武器、賊敵、火般，請厭離欲樂。
(22) Hold your mind tightly when it (starts to) rove, as though it were
Like your learning, similar to your child, resembling a treasure,
or comparable to your life.
Recoil from the pleasures of sensory objects, as though they were like
Venom, poison, a weapon, an enemy, or fire.
གཞན་གྱི་ཆུང་མ་མི་བལྟ་མཐོང་ན་ཡང་།། ན་ཚོད་མཐུན་པར་མ་དང་བུ་མོ་དང་།།
莫瞧他人之妻，若瞧之，則生起視之為同齡之母親、女兒、
སྲིང་མོའི་འདུ་ཤེས་བསྐྱེད་བགྱི་ཆགས་གྱུར་ན།། མི་གཙང་ཉིད་དུ་ཡང་དག་བསམ་པར་བགྱི།།
姊妹之觀念。若轉貪著之，則思不淨以淨除之。
(21) Do not look at others’ wives; but if you happen to see (them),
Generate recognition (of them), in accord with (their) age,
As your mother, your daughter, or your sister. Should lust arise,
Think thoroughly about (their bodies having) the nature of filth.
མི་ནི་ཨ་མྲའི་འབྲས་བཞིན་མ་སྨིན་ལ།། སྨིན་པ་དང་འདྲ་སྨིན་ལ་མ་སྨིན་འདྲ།།
人呢如芒果，未熟似已熟，已熟似未熟，
མ་སྨིན་མ་སྨིན་པར་སྣང་སྨིན་ལ་ནི།། སྨིན་པ་སྣང་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་འདྲར་རྟོགས་མཛོད།།
未熟現未熟相，已熟現熟相，請了解之。
(20) People are like mango fruits: unripe, but seemingly ripe;
Ripe, but seemingly unripe; unripe appearing unripe;
And ripe appearing as ripe.
Understand (them) to be like that.
